MINIMUM AGE POLICY

You must be 18 year olds to purchase a product form Gin Savvy.  Delivery must be signed for by an adult.  You may be asked for ID if you are under 21 years of age.

DELIVERY 

How will my order be delivered?

We use ParcelForce 48 hour for standard delivery or ParcelForce 24 for next day delivery (please order before 2pm).

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days and standard delivery will take a further 2-3  working days. Delivery to certain parts of the UK may take longer - please see the delivery page for further information.

Will I need to pay a delivery charge?

Delivery charges are applicable to all orders.

Will I be able to track the delivery?

We will provide you with a personal tracking number for your order. This can be found on your dispatch confirmation email. To track your order go to the ParcelForce website.

PAYMENT 

What payment options do you offer?

We accept credit and debit cards and Paypal through the website.

How do I know my credit card details are secure?

Gin Savvy's payment page is encrypted. Any information you enter is unaccessible by outside parties. We use Sage Pay and PayPal as a payment processor.

 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items in my gift hamper are broken or damaged. What should I do?

We apologise in advance for any damaged items. In the unlikely case that any of your gift hamper items arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@ginsavvy.co.uk indicating your concern. Please attach pictures of the damaged item to the email. We will respond to you with the proper procedure and will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

I am not happy with my product. Can I return it?

Detailed information can be found on our refund policy page. Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and standard postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.
